Arrivals are from 6pm Monday to Thursday and from 4pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival. Departures must be made before 11am.
Possibility to drop off your luggage before 3pm
On request, we offer a Provins Visit Pass, valid for two people for a two-night stay.
You will be responsible for any items left behind after your departure
